I use different forms of quieting the mind and going deep without having to sit still for extended periods of time.
A non-judgemental process of simply writing down every thought as it enters the mind. This helps build your listening skills, tuning into your
intuition is key. Usually best done in the morning upon waking up.
Reframing thoughts involves consciously shifting one's perspective to view a situation in a more positive or productive light, shifting your mindset to one of ease and flow. By eliminating stress we can allow more clarity of thought.
Intention setting is the practice of defining and focusing on a specific goal or desired outcome, which can help cultivate motivation, clarity, and a sense of purpose in one's life.
